Regency Ballroom

Our largest space offers 12,000 square feet of elegance and can host up to 900 guests for a formal banquet of 1,000 for a cocktail reception.

The Regency Ballroom Pre-Function space provides a separate, intimate, but spacious area for your guests to gather during the cocktail hour.

Jasmine

Our Junior Ballroom of 4,000 square feet can comfortably accommodate 150-200 guests for your wedding reception.

Riverwalk

Your guests can enjoy the scenic views of the Miami River and City Skyline, a perfect location for your ceremony (up to 150 guests) and cocktail reception (up to 300 guests).

Confirmation of Space and Deposits

An initial nonrefundable deposit of a percentage of your estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.

Enhancements

Little touches can enhance your wedding– from late night snacks, to next morning brunches, to gift bags delivered to your guest rooms. Allow our team to embellish your experience with delighters to elevate your special day.

Guest Accommodations

A room block may be setup for guests attending your event. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11 a.m. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Rehearsal Dinner

Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner in one of our private spaces. We will help you customize a menu and other details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.

Family Brunch

The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day. Your wedding coordinator will arrange for a private room with dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.

Parking

Our hotel offers valet parking and self-parking for all of your guests, at an additional service fee.

Tasting

With so many delicious custom menu options, it is hard to make a decision on what to eat on your big day! Luckily we provide a complimentary Tasting of our delicious Wedding Menu Selections for you, your fiancé, and two additional guests a month prior to the big day.

What does wedding package include?

Ceremony information

In order to better orchestrate your wedding and to allow you the opportune time for your wedding ceremony, the Hyatt Anywhere has the following start times: 11:00am, 2:00pm, 5:00pm, and 7:00pm

Can I BYOB?

No, the hotel must provide all alcoholic beverages for your event. All food and beverage must be consumed on hotel property and therefore cannot be removed. All guests in attendance of your event consuming alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID.

Cancellation policy

Yes, your deposit is nonrefundable and cancellation fees apply based on the date of cancellation. Please refer to your contract.

How to reserve date

An initial deposit in the amount of 25% of the contracted food and beverage sum is required to secure the space together with a signed contract. This deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to the final bill for your event.

Date of final payment

Final Payment is due (10) business days prior to the group event. Final Payment will reflect estimated charges based on final count or food and beverage minimum.

Date of final guarantee

Final guaranteed attendance is due three (3) business days prior to any event.

Date of menu selection

Menu selection is due three (3) weeks days prior to any event.

Tasting information

We recommend scheduling tastings 2 months prior to your event date. All tastings require at least 2 weeks prior notice and available for a maximum of 2 guests. Please contact your catering manager to schedule the tasting.

Weather backup information

We will always have a weather backup option available for you for your ceremony or outside reception.
